Chocolate, Wine, and Prana

Chocolate has been used throughout history to awaken the senses and when you combine the taste with wine, breath and meditation the flavors are enhanced and therefore the meditation. You will close your eyes and breathe in the complexity of the experience. The goal is to get you to use your breath and focus to find and enjoy the flavors rather than just eating and drinking. Being mindful is the goal.. The class fee is $50, and we’d recommend it for your next girls’ night.
